Job PODs is a faith-based employment program designed to connect job seekers from disadvantaged communities with businesses in need of qualified workers.

Divine Drive is a business mentorship and ownership transition program that helps individuals from low-income backgrounds gain hands-on experience in business management while also supporting retiring business owners in selling their companies.

The program consists of a four-year apprenticeship where participants rotate through businesses, receive management training, and eventually take on leadership roles or ownership opportunities.
