1. AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to Corey Barber Ministries (“Corey Barber Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, https://cbministries.faith (the “Site”), and any related products, services, or programs (including but not limited to Divine Drive, Job PODs, Prayer PODs, and other ministry initiatives) that reference or incorporate these Terms (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“you” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will reflect such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. OUR SERVICES

The Services provided by Corey Barber Ministries include information, resources, and ministry-driven programs designed to empower individuals, foster community upliftment, and support business transitions in alignment with our faith-based mission. The content and functionality of our Site are intended for use by individuals who wish to engage with our ministry’s vision and participate in our programs. You acknowledge that any use of the Services outside your jurisdiction is solely at your own risk and responsibility to comply with local laws.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Intellectual Property:

Corey Barber Ministries is the owner or authorized licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the Site’s design, software, graphics, audio, video, text, and other content (collectively, the “Content”), as well as any trademarks, service marks, or logos (the “Marks”). All such Content and Marks are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use:

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial, or internal organizational purposes.
Download or print portions of the Content for personal reference only.

No part of the Services, including any Content or Marks, may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, transmitted, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Corey Barber Ministries.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access or use the Services through automated or non-human means.
Your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly permitted under these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

Systematically retrieve or compile data from the Services to create a database or directory without our prior written consent.
Use the Services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Services.
Post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scripts, or data mining tools) to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Services.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation or security of the Services.

Any violation of these prohibited activities will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Services.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

While the Services may offer you opportunities to post or upload content, including questions, comments, suggestions, or feedback (“Contributions”), please review these Terms before doing so. By providing any Contributions, you agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content of your Contributions.
Your Contributions will not contain any illegal, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
You grant Corey Barber Ministries an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Contributions in connection with the Services and our ministry’s purposes.
You waive any moral rights to your Contributions, to the extent permitted by law.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting any Contributions to Corey Barber Ministries through the Services, you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and use such Contributions for any lawful purpose. You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you agree that Corey Barber Ministries may use your Contributions without further consent or compensation.

9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

Corey Barber Ministries reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

Monitor the Services for compliance with these Terms.
Take appropriate legal action, including reporting to law enforcement authorities, against anyone who violates these Terms.
Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion.
Remove any content or Contributions that we determine (in our sole discretion) to be excessive, objectionable, or in violation of these Terms.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect if you use the Services. Corey Barber Ministries may, at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change or modify the Services, including any part of these Terms, at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Services and are not liable for any interruptions or delays caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations:

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms (a “Dispute”), you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We encourage you to email us at info@coreybarberministries.com with any concerns. Should informal negotiations fail, you agree to resolve any Dispute through binding arbitration as set forth below.

Binding Arbitration:

Any Dispute not resolved through informal negotiation shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Cook County, Illinois, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Corey Barber Ministries reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

14. CORRECTIONS

Corey Barber Ministries may correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. We do not assume any liability for any such corrections or updates.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. COREY BARBER MINISTRIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL COREY BARBER MINISTRIES, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corey Barber Ministries and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law.

18. USER DATA

We may collect and store data that you provide to the Services for the purposes of managing and improving our Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your data. Corey Barber Ministries are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, you agree that all communications, agreements, notices, and disclosures between you and Corey Barber Ministries will be conducted electronically. You further agree that electronic signatures and records shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and paper records.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, along with any policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corey Barber Ministries regarding the use of the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
